£100 Marks and Spencer voucher/£200 cash offer
- Qualification for the £100 Marks and Spencer voucher/£200 cash offer is subject to assessment of your case by our Panel solicitors and formal acceptance of the case by them together with your full co-operation with the solicitors and payment of any referral fee by the solicitors to us.
- We will write to you confirming when acceptance of your claim has been made by our Panel solicitors and on receipt from you of a written request for the vouchers/cash offer these will be sent to you recorded delivery to the address shown on your written request.
- Proof of posting by us by recorded delivery will be sufficient to discharge all our obligations to you in respect of payment of the vouchers/cash payment. We do not accept any responsibility for lost vouchers in the post.
- We may at our absolute discretion give you other high street stores’ vouchers or a cash alternative.
- Should you discontinue your claim or fail to co-operate with our Panel solicitors then we reserve the right to seek back the cash equivalent of the cost of the vouchers/cash payment.
- The £200 cash offer only applies to new cases where initial contact has been made with Hall Claims after 8 January 2010. Payment will be made by cheque to the claimant in the case and to no other person. No other form of payment will be made. We operate a 2 Tier System for cases with our Panel solicitors and the cash/voucher offer only applies to Tier 1 cases which are cases where we receive payment of a full referral fee. The tiering of cases is at our absolute discretion.
